Sony Play Exchange

I have had problems with the RE5 demo and with Killzone 2. They both freeze and make my ps3 lock up. I have tried to play kz2 9 times and it freezes every time. I called Sony and they told me to send in my ps3. My ps3 model is a 60gb that plays PS and PS2 games. The receipt is long lost because I bought the system a little over a year ago. On the paper to send in my ps3, it says to attach proof of purchase. I don't have a receipt of any kind nor any other kind of proof of purchase. Will Sony still take my system in?

I do have a high enough quality laptop to play it on (Sony-Vaio)

Something like that happened to me, my launcher crashed and it wouldn't let me install any custom items into the game. You have to re-install the game to fix it :(

I have a Sony Cyber Shot dsc-w70 digital camera with 7.2 mega pixles. I had recently bought it and when I played back the videos there WAS sound. But that one broke and I exchanged it for a new one (same exact model) and I can't get thesound to work. Everything else wors fine. I looked in the manual maybe I just don't know that to look for in the index. I played around with the camera and there's nothing I can do in the settings. Oh and the sound works when played on the TV or a computer.

Make sure the playback volume is turned up.

my ps3 stopped working for some reason, i took the sticker off and put it back on, you can barely tell i took it off. but, do you think if i send it to sony they will exchange it for another one?
